Our Providers

Dr. Vaught is a Board Certified Neurologist and a native of Beckley. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School and went on to graduate from West Virginia University School of Medicine; he also received his undergraduate degree (B.A.) in Biology from WVU. Dr. Vaught completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Cincinnati. He then completed a residency in Neurology at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. He served as chief resident there as well. Dr. Vaught has completed fellowship training at Duke University in Neuromuscular Medicine/ EMG.

Kellie is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She, too, is a native of Beckley and a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School.  She completed her undergraduate nursing degree at Marshall University and holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing from West Virginia University.  

Kellie draws from a broad experience.  She has cared for children and adults with both acute and chronic illnesses.  She has previous affiliations with the University of Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and a private practice oncologist in Charlottesville, VA.

Jessica is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP, BC).  She joined the practice in 2011.  She achieved her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from Mountain State  University and her Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) from Marshall University.  She is a native of Summers County with her fellow WVU superfan husband.

Lauren Dillon is a board-certified physician assistant. She graduated in 2001 from The College of West Virginia. She has vast experience in otolaryngology and vestibular related problems. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Eric, and their three children, Abby, Coby and Sydney.

Melissa Riner is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from Marshall University in 2021. Prior to becoming an advanced practice nurse she had experience in critical care, orthopedics, and medical surgical nursing. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jahden, and daughter

Rachael Riggins is a family nurse practitioner. She graduated from West Virginia University in 2018. Prior to becoming an advance practice nurse she worked in critical care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Evan, and daughter, Addison.

Robin Blume is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from Marshall University. She has experience an emergency medicine, family practice, and Pediatrics. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.
